Soulful Sunday March

 

Join me at our special 2-hour gatherings called Soulful Sundays, where like-minded souls can come together, have a laugh and share our enjoyment of music and movement in a friendly and peaceful environment.

Having safely returned from India I am really excited to share with you some of the vibes of Southern India.

Join me as we dance to Indian fusion music (revisiting the Bollywood dance from last year), enjoy some Masala Chai, a bindi and a Yoga Nidra meditation with Indian-sourced Red Sandalwood essential oils.

Come and hear about my travels and bring some colour and light into your weekend with this Keralan Soulful Sunday Special!

Afterwards some of us will be going for lunch at the nearby Darsham Fox Come and join us for our monthly social gathering.

PLEASE NOTE: We have decided to increase the price of Soulful Sunday for those booking within the last 7 days. This is because a lot of preparation goes into each class and this is based on the number of people booked. Late bookings mean extra work for us which we are reflecting by charging an extra £2 for those booking after March 15th. Bookings made before this date will remain at £18. 

I will not give up the flowers in my heart for stones just because the world is a hard place. The world is only hard because it needs more flower-hearted people 🌹
