Soulful Sunday January

 

 

Join me at our special 2-hour gatherings called Soulful Sundays, where like-minded souls can come together, have a laugh and share our enjoyment of music and movement in a friendly and peaceful environment.

As the wheel turns we approach the Chinese astrological year of the Fire Horse. This combination of the Horse sign and the Fire element creates and exceptional year of change and transformation.

Our January gathering is the ideal opportunity to dance our prayers and manifest our desires through movement, ritual and meditation.

Join me to ignite new beginnings in the “Fire Horse” special event. Let go of any complacency and procrastination and drive your ambitions into fruition. Let the fire illuminate the path ahead of you.

  • Mantra - Call and response
  • Movement  - releasing 2025, the Year of the Snake, and stepping into 2026, the Fire Horse!
  • Cacao and intention setting - gather together to contemplate the journey ahead of you in the presence of Mama Cacao.
  • Meditation with ritual oils - take a journey inwards to meet your guide and discover the messages that lie deep within. We will be working with Marigold ritual oils.

Afterwards some of us will be going for lunch at the nearby Darsham Fox. Come and join us for our monthly social gathering.

PLEASE NOTE: We have decided to increase the price of Soulful Sunday for those booking within the last 7 days. This is because a lot of preparation goes into each class and this is based on the number of people booked. Late bookings mean extra work for us which we are reflecting by charging an extra £2 for those booking after January 10th. Bookings made before this date will remain at £18. 

I will not give up the flowers in my heart for stones just because the world is a hard place. The world is only hard because it needs more flower-hearted people 🌹
