An Evening of Earthdance & More
Due to the success of our last event, we are putting on another class at the amazingly atmospheric Magickal Emporium in Halesworth!
Join me for 50 minutes of Earthdance - Movement to feel good!
We will move to the Sacred Chakra routine which uses a frame drum for some of the songs. No expectation to bring a drum but if you have one, feel free to bring it along!
After dance we'll gather to enjoy nourishing homemade Cacao Balls before finishing with a relaxing short meditation.
No experience necessary- dance is the ancient language that's been forgotten over time. Let me help you to remember!
