Soulful Sunday April
This month the theme will focus on the chakras with some new songs to dance to, from grounding root chakra and earthy moves up to ethereal crown chakra, achieving flows. We will share some heart opening cacao and close our space with a deeply relaxing journey into the crown space of intuition and light. This will be the last Soulful Sunday for a while as we return to our spring/summer Beach Dance events. |
