We are pleased to offer our Sun Pass, especially suited to our regular dancers.
What is a Sun Pass?
It is similar to a season ticket where you have a reserved "seat" at a venue of your choice. What this means is that you choose your venue and your place in class is reserved for you exclusively every week. You do not have to book or pay or have a voucher code. Just turn up!!
Sounds too good to be true! What do I have to do?
To reserve your place, you need to subscribe to our Sun Pass and pay a fixed monthly fee. To subscribe, click the link at the bottom of the page. That's it! No more booking and your place is guaranteed!
What if I can't come some weeks?
No problem. Just don't turn up! Or, gift your place for that week to a friend! If you are away for several weeks, you can pause your subscription for a month.
Can anyone have a Sun Pass?
We are limiting Sun Passes to around 6 per venue (number may vary depending on venue capacity). This is because we want to keep places open for new dancers or dancers who can only come occasionally.
How do I sign up?
Click on the Sun Pass image for the class of your choice at the bottom of the page and enter your card details. Your card will be debited straight away and then every month on the same date until you cancel. You become a Sun Pass member immediately and your place will be reserved for you.
What if I want to cancel?
No problem. When you subscribe, you will receive a confirmation email. Keep this safe and whenever you want to cancel, you can click the link "Manage My Subscription" which is shown in the email. This allows you to change your card details or cancel your subscription. Your subscription will remain in force until one month after your last payment. You may also pause your subscription if you want to skip a month.
What if you cancel a class?
Occasionally we may have to cancel classes, but this is not often. When this happens you will receive a refund based on the weekly equivalent of your annual subscription.
I'm going away for a few weeks. What are my options?
You can give someone else your place for the time you are away, or you can pause your subscription. This can be done from the link in your join up email. Pausing can only be done for whole months, so if you are going to miss 3 classes, it may be better for you to cancel for the month and pay-as-you-go for the class you can attend. Pausing can only be done for whole months beginning on your payment date, so you need to know the dates you are away well in advance so you can pause in plenty of time.
Pricing
The pricing structure has changed to tie in with our new 5 week blocks. We intend to have 7 blocks of 5 classes with 2 weeks off between blocks. We aim to not cancel any classes. If the hall is in use we will try to use another local venue. If we do cancel classes, we will reflect this in the price of the Sun Pass or offer a voucher to the value of the class. For 35 classes per year you subscription works out at £8.57 per class.
