Dance Create Meditate Retreat

The cost of the Retreat will include all food, refreshments, materials and activities and two nights stay in small cabins in the grounds, as well as access to the sauna and ice bath. Meals will be eaten outside in an undercover area with an extensive view overlooking a cornfield. This is west facing and sunsets are said to be spectacular. 

There are several pricing options as follows:

There are 3 lodges with double beds for single occupancy. These are now all full.

There are 2 lodges with twin beds. Both are now full. 

There are 3 day tickets. 1 is now booked leaving an availability of 2. These can be either for all 3 days (£190) or for just the main day, Tuesday (£120). 

All tickets entitle you to all events and activities and all meals.

MONDAY

  • Access to the grounds of Toad Hall from 4pm on the first day (though we may meet for coffee in Southwold earlier - watch this space).

  • Creative Activity
  • Dinner

  • Evening chat and drinks around the firepit overlooking the cornfield.

TUESDAY

  • Breathwork
  • Breakfast
  • Earthdance Fire Routine
  • Creative activity
  • Lunch
  • Nature Walk
  • Forest “bathing” to my new routine Earth Flow written especially for the retreat, using silent disco headphones…an experience not to be missed!
  • Sauna / Ice Bath / Sea Swim
  • Dinner
  • Meditation
  • Cacao
  • Evening chat and drinks around the firepit overlooking the cornfield.

WEDNESDAY

  • Breathwork
  • Breakfast
  • Earthdance Spirit routine
  • Creative activity
  • Closing circle
  • Optional gathering at a local venue after the retreat.

All the above is included in the price (except please bring your own alcohol for evening drinks). We will provide drinks for daily ticket holders.

All the above prices include:

  • All meals
  • Access to sauna and ice bath
  • Each of the 5 lodges has a private, separate bathroom

All activities are optional. Take part in everything or choose your favourites and take time out for yourself to read, sleep or walk in the countryside.

Numbers are limited to 8 due to the size of the studio.

Arrival time on first day is approx 4pm.
Departure on last day is 12 noon.
