Soulful Sunday November

 Join me at our special 2-hour gatherings called Soulful Sundays, where like-minded souls can come together, have a laugh and share our enjoyment of music and movement in a friendly and peaceful environment.

As the wheel turns and we enter the slower darker months, I’m delighted to be returning to Darsham Village Hall for our Soulful Sundays.

An opportunity to gather, dance, chat, meditate and perhaps join us afterwards for lunch at the Darsham Fox.

In November we explore the many forms of the Great Mother Goddess through a fusion of feel-good songs and dance movements. The Mother Goddess was worshipped across the world for thousands of years in early civilisations. Join me to explore the many faces of the Divine Feminine Goddess through movement, stories and meditation.

From the gentle compassion of Green Tara to the wild energy of Kali - let’s celebrate her many forms through dance.

I will not give up the flowers in my heart for stones just because the world is a hard place. The world is only hard because it needs more flower-hearted people 🌹
