An Evening of Earthdance & Cacao

A NEW class being held at the amazingly atmospheric Magickal Emporium in Halesworth!

Join me for 50 minutes of Earthdance - Movement to feel good!

We will move to the Sacred Rituals routine which uses a frame drum for some of the songs. No expectation to bring a drum but if you have one, feel free to bring it along!

After dance we'll gather to enjoy Ceremonial Cacao....a pause....to listen...to reflect and to tune in to the medicine of this magical earth plant. 

No experience necessary- dance is the ancient language that's been forgotten over time. Let me help you to remember!
