Come and join me at this 2 hour special Soulful Sunday at Darsham Village hall where we will dance and set intentions for the new year. Refreshments provided.
Be Well Barn Friday
Every Friday at 11.30am I dance at BeWell Barn, near Eye. From January 10th I will also be running a meditation class 2pm-3pm. All classes £12.
